Independence
Disclosures
Disclosure should tell a reader what could reasonably affect a specific piece of coverage, not repeat boilerplate on every page.
Independence and revenue
Military Contractor is an independent editorial publication. It carries no advertising, sponsored articles, paid profiles, affiliate links, recruiting offers, newsletter, lead-generation form, or third-party behavioral tracking. No payment influenced the selection or conclusions of the published articles.
Organizational byline
“Military Contractor Editorial” identifies the publication, not an individual author. The byline does not claim firsthand program, procurement, manufacturing, investment, or operational experience.
Article-specific relationships
An article receives a specific disclosure when a reasonable reader would consider an ownership, financial, supplied-experience, employment, investment, or commercial relationship material to that coverage. The absence of a relationship is not treated as a claim beyond the facts reviewed at the article’s cutoff date.
Links and source access
External links are selected for evidentiary or reader value. They are not endorsements and do not receive favorable treatment because of ownership, payment, reciprocal linking, or portfolio relationships. Contextual source links are qualified consistently and no commercial link receives editorial treatment.
Paid-placement standard
If paid material is published in the future, it must use the primary label Sponsored Content, remain separate from independent editorial selection, and qualify every compensated link for search engines. The full rules appear in the Sponsored Content Policy.
